HOW TO PLAY

How to Play

Entering a Holo Drop competition takes just a few minutes. Every competition offers a paid online route and a free postal entry route on equal terms — no purchase necessary.

  1. Browse the live competitions

    Head to our Competitions page to see what's live. You'll find standard prize draws and instant win competitions — each shows its prize, ticket price, and closing date.

  2. Choose your competition and tickets

    Open the competition you want and select how many tickets (entries) you'd like. Use the quantity controls or slider to pick your amount — including bundle options where shown on the page. The maximum entries per person is listed on each competition.

  3. Create an account or log in

    You'll need a Holo Drop account to complete your entry. Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over only, and you may hold one account per person. Register or log in when prompted at checkout.

  4. Complete your entry at checkout

    Review your basket, agree to our terms, and complete checkout before the closing date shown on the competition page. We will send confirmation that your entry has been received.

    Prefer not to pay? Every competition includes a free postal entry route with the same chance of winning as a paid entry. Full instructions are on our Free Entry Method page.

  5. Wait for the draw — or check for instant wins

    For standard competitions, once the closing date passes, all eligible entries go into a random draw. The draw takes place within 7 days of the closing date (London, England time).

    Some competitions are instant win competitions. Prizes are allocated at random to ticket numbers — each entry is randomly allocated a number and, if it matches a prize number, you win that prize.

  6. Winners are notified and prizes are delivered

    Winners are notified by email to the address provided with their entry. We aim to contact the winner within 7 days of the draw date. We also publish the name and winning number of winners on the website.

    If you win, you must claim your prize personally — it may not be claimed by a third party. Most prizes are posted to the delivery address you provide when you claim, tracked and signed for. Where you're local to us, we may instead deliver your prize directly. We'll send or arrange your prize within 7 days of your claim being confirmed.
